Dealvibehub educational environment — mentorship in practice
Dealvibehub — est. 2023

Mentorship skills, taken seriously

Most platforms teach you what to think. We focus on how to guide others through their own thinking — a different skill set entirely. Dealvibehub was built around one observation: the ability to mentor well is rarely taught, yet it shapes careers, teams, and organisations more than almost any other competency.

We work with learners across 40+ countries, running both group cohorts and private sessions. No single path fits everyone, so we don't pretend otherwise.

What we actually do

Each programme at Dealvibehub is structured around practical mentorship scenarios — not theory slides. Participants work through real cases: giving feedback under pressure, navigating skill gaps in a mentee, and calibrating when to step back versus when to intervene.

Group or individual — the choice is real

Group cohorts bring peer friction that solo study can't replicate. Private sessions let you move at your own pace and focus on the exact scenarios you face at work. Both formats share the same curriculum depth — the difference is in how you engage with it.

Remote by design, not by compromise

The platform was built for remote delivery from day one — not retrofitted after a lockdown. Live sessions run across time zones with deliberate scheduling, and all recordings include timestamped discussion markers so you can revisit specific exchanges, not just replay the whole session.

How a session actually runs

Each session follows a consistent structure so participants know what to expect — and instructors can focus on the conversation rather than logistics.

1

Scenario briefing

A real mentorship challenge is introduced — drawn from anonymised workplace situations submitted by the community.

2

Live dialogue

Participants work through responses in real time. The instructor observes, then opens the floor for structured peer analysis.

3

Calibration debrief

The instructor breaks down what worked, what didn't, and why — referencing specific moments from the session rather than general principles.

4

Personal action item

Each participant leaves with one concrete thing to try before the next session — small, specific, and tied to their own context.

Tarquin Osei

Lead Instructor — Group Learning

Tarquin facilitates the cohort sessions and has a particular focus on cross-cultural mentorship dynamics — a topic that comes up constantly in international groups and rarely gets adequate attention in standard programmes.

Wren Albrecht

Individual Sessions Specialist

Wren handles the one-to-one track and works with participants who need to address specific situations in their current role rather than a general programme. Sessions with Wren are less structured by design — the agenda follows wherever the real difficulty is.
